Customized, responsive, optimized, and creative websites

Your small or medium-sized business deserves a website that stands out, loads quickly, and provides an exceptional user experience. Investing in a quality website can elevate your brand and attract more customers.

Web Design

Designing a website involves organizing elements like layout, fonts, colors, and graphics to enhance aesthetic appeal and user experience, making it visually engaging and easy to navigate.

Web Development

Building a website using modern tools and code, following the design established during the web design process. This phase emphasizes critical technical aspects, including security, speed, and functionality.

Website Redesign

Improving website design and functionality to enhance performance and user experience by updating elements, navigation, and content to align with modern trends and business goals.

Web Accessibility

Web accessibility ensures an inclusive online environment for individuals with physical disabilities, situational barriers, and bandwidth and speed limitations.

Website Audit

A website audit evaluates your site’s performance by checking factors like loading speed, security, and SEO optimization. This helps you avoid missed traffic and conversions and allows you to implement necessary improvements.

Website Security

Protect your website from unauthorized access and data breaches by implementing secure protocols, performing regular software updates, and using encryption to safeguard sensitive information.

Website Optimization

Enhancing user experience and SEO through performance improvements like faster loading times, image optimization, code minification, and caching techniques.

Website Maintenance

Regular maintenance and support are essential to your website’s performance. This includes software updates, security monitoring, and regular backups to ensure reliability and security.

What to anticipate when requesting a website quote

You have expressed an interest in having a website designed and/or built.

I invite you to schedule an online meeting or phone call to discuss your project. Based on the information you provide during our meeting or call, I will prepare a Proposal of Services. This Proposal outlines the work I will deliver to you, including the deliverables and specifications, as well as all compensation for such work. If you request additional services, I may send you further Proposals of Services.

If you accept the Proposal of Services or any other Proposals, we will sign a Master Services Agreement. Once the initial non-refundable payment is complete, I will begin working on your project.

Please note that we may have several online meetings or phone calls to ensure we are aligned and that my work meets your needs. We don’t reach an agreement and assume everything works automatically. Communication is crucial for achieving the best results.

My web creation process

My typical website creation process is outlined below. However, this process may vary based on your project’s requirements. If adjustments are necessary, they will be detailed in the Proposal of Services.

PHASE ONE: Content

  • I will provide a content guide at the start of your project to help you gather the content needed to create your new website.
  • If you choose my professional content creation service, my content writer will contact you and handle the content collection and creation.
  • I will also provide you with a Design Brief to help me understand the colors and designs you prefer for your new website. This brief will be utilized in Phase Two.
  • If logo design is part of the project, I will not begin creating the design concept until your new logo is completed, as I want the new design to coordinate with it.
  • Phase One concludes when I receive the fully assembled website content, including the completed Content Guide, Design Brief, and all assets (logos, photos, videos, etc.) that will be utilized on the site website.

 PHASE TWO: Concept

  • Based on the information you provide in the Design Brief and any additional materials you submit, I will create a design concept that effectively engages your target audience.
  • I will work with you to refine the design concept until you are completely satisfied.
  • Phase Two ends when you approve the design concept for your website using the Design Approval Form.

PHASE THREE: Development

  • The design concept layout approved in Phase Two is transformed into a personalized WordPress website, where pages are developed and functionality is integrated.
  • Phase Three concludes when I finish the website and present it to you for revisions.

PHASE FOUR: Revisions

  • You assess the website for design and content, then compile a list of necessary revisions.
  • Revisions involve minor updates (as determined at my discretion) and alterations to existing content.
  • A Change Budget is used for change requests such as but not limited to:
    – New functionality you want to add to the project;
    – Revisions to previously approved items, including design concepts approved in Phase Two;
    – Other revisions requested in this phase that would exceed 4 hours in total to accomplish.
  • Phase Four concludes when you complete the Launch Approval Form and the final payment is received.

PHASE FIVE: Launch

I will publish your website, making sure it is accessible through your domain name.

Important Note: Due to the nature of the Internet, it may take up to 24 hours or more for a newly published website to be visible to everyone.
