Moodle platforms built for organizations that need full control over their learning environment.
Moodle is the world's most widely used open-source learning management system. Universities, government training programs, large corporations, and organizations that need granular control over course delivery, user roles, assessment, and reporting at scale all rely on it.
We handle the full Moodle implementation: server setup and hosting, theme development, plugin selection and customization, course structure planning, and user role architecture. Moodle is powerful, but it's also complex. A poorly configured installation frustrates administrators and students alike. We build it so it works the way your organization actually operates.
Moodle's greatest strength is flexibility. Complex enrollment workflows, detailed grade books, custom competency frameworks, SCORM and xAPI content, branching scenarios, peer assessment, and virtually any assessment format you need. For organizations with specific regulatory, accessibility, or pedagogical requirements, it's often the only platform that can accommodate them without compromise.
Best for
Is Moodle right for you?
Universities and higher education institutions, corporate training departments, government agencies, healthcare training providers, and any organization delivering structured learning programs to hundreds or thousands of learners.
Moodle is the right choice when you need full ownership of your data, the ability to customize every aspect of the learning experience, and a platform that scales to your organization's size and complexity.
Limitations
When Moodle is not the answer.
Moodle is not the right choice for everything. If you need a quick setup, a polished out-of-the-box experience, or a platform your team can manage without technical support, LearnWorlds or a WordPress LMS is a better fit. Moodle requires a server, ongoing technical maintenance, and someone comfortable working in a complex admin environment. The power comes with real overhead. We'll tell you honestly on our strategy call if Moodle is not the right answer for your situation.

Common questions
Answers to the questions we hear most often.
When should I choose Moodle over LearnWorlds or a WordPress LMS?
Choose Moodle when you need enterprise-grade features: complex enrollment workflows, detailed grading and competency tracking, SCORM/xAPI conformance, granular user roles, or when you are delivering training to a large number of learners across multiple departments or programs. For smaller course businesses or individual course creators, LearnWorlds or a WordPress LMS is usually simpler and more cost-effective.
Do you host Moodle or does the client?
Both options are available. We can deploy Moodle on managed hosting (AWS, Vultr, DigitalOcean, or a provider of your choice) and manage the server environment, or we can configure it on your existing infrastructure. We recommend managed cloud hosting for most organizations because it simplifies maintenance, backups, and scaling.
Can you customize the Moodle interface?
Yes. We develop custom Moodle themes so the platform matches your organization's brand and provides a clean, intuitive experience for students and administrators. We also customize dashboards, navigation, and course layouts to fit your specific workflows.
Do you handle Moodle plugin development?
We select and configure existing Moodle plugins for most requirements. For functionality that is not covered by the plugin ecosystem, we develop custom plugins. This is typically needed for specific integration requirements, custom reporting, or unique assessment types.
What does ongoing Moodle maintenance involve?
Moodle requires regular maintenance: core updates, plugin updates, server security patches, database optimization, and backup management. We offer maintenance plans that cover all of this, plus technical support for administrators and configuration changes as your program evolves.
